She's actually delusional. I can see in her mannerisms and that smirk certain patterns that I've seen in other, genuinely psychotic, people I've met over the years.

It shouldn't surprise anyone that someone like that can make it to the top job, but it does surprise me how blatant it was, and how that doesn't seem to have been an issue for any of the people who supported her...
