Is it useful for getting an accurate reading of tension does it really only give you an idea of tension changes between two measurements?

This device doesn´t give real string tension. It only gives you a measure of the tension loss in your stringbed (1st measure when the racket goes out of the stringing machine, 2nd measure after the racket has been played or stored).

Buenos días, mi hijo usa desde hace 4 años usa una radical 16x 19 con un peso de 315 gramos sin encordado y juega con una tensión de 52 libras y usa el mismo agarre de federer . Ahora se va a a cambiar a una speed pro con un patrón de encordado de 18x20 y un peso de 310 gramos . Que tensión debería usar para este tipo de raqueta ? . El es jugador de primera categoría, tiene 22 años y es un jugador de ataque. . Por último queria saber que raqueta despide mas, la head radical o la speed pro 2022 ? . Muchas gracias por responder.

It's really inaccurate, sometimes gave me a reading higher than I strung it, much better off investing in an ERT300
