Made the mistake of buying a Sony Bravia TV. It won't turn on 6 months after purchase. Service Centre has failed to repair it twice and Sony is ignoring replacement / refund requests. Pathetic reliability and service response. I'm stuck with a non-working unrepairable TV 😞

EDIT: Received a new replacement TV from Sony after the fourth consecutive motherboard failure.

you guys have degraded the build quality of your tvs. I've a 2016 model which has a metal frame and stand with silver lining and recently I went to look for a new tv and I was surprised to see the low build quality. Every thing was plastic and that too of cheap quality.
