How do they source the main vitamin ingredient? Is it natural or synthetic source? Whats the amount of the vitamin added in mg?

This video just showed how the "capsule" or soft gel of the vitamin is made. Not the vitamin itself.

Thank you, I can only see how the physical pills are made but I really wonder how is the active ingredient of the vitamin produced?

These are one of those thing we consume that we will never know if it really has the exact content as advertised.

Those vitamins are made of corn oil and soybean oil and a bunch of different things... you’re not actually getting that vitamin. Try to get vitamins that are whole plant based (look at the ingredients). I took regular vitamin D capsules and they made me feel more sluggish than actually helping me. Just a thought!
