See What I See - From Bacteria to Vitamin C!

This video describes the production of Vitamin C, one of the essential nutrients that can be provided by bioprocessing microorganisms such as Gluconobacter oxydans, as opposed to chemicals to facilitate a variety of its beneficial health goals.
