I have my gullbladder and with oxbile, milk thistles and 🏃🏾💨 helped cut down fatty liver and my gut. Steady runner but still had a skinny fat gut.

The pyloric sphincter on the intestine side of the stomach has a feedback loop that allows basic substances to pass through to the small intestine. Literally the stomach is “smart” and passes bile through to the beginning of the small intestine where it belongs. Love the content, be sure to make updates as anatomy understanding comes so as to not introduce confusion. For reference most western medicine MDs won’t know this or believe it.

Hi Hale,
Dr DiNezza gut queen in ytbe experimented by adding tudca, ox bile to acid in a glass and checked pH bedore and after. pH changed very little. Like pH 4 to pH 4.2.

She says Sodium bicarbonate is released from pancreas which helps in neutralizing the stomach acid.. Although bile neutralizes, bicarbonate from pancreas also does the same. But youve not mentioned tgat in your book kick your fat.

Even if you struggle with gallstone attacks? I’ve been following your advice and only take bile salts about an hour after eating because I’m worried I’ll get an attack.

I’ve also discovered I’ve been rather silly, I need to improve my stomach acid and B1 is needed for that. I discovered when you eat lots of carbs your body needs B1 to metabolize it. So because I’m B1 deficient I’m not producing stomach acid. I’ve also found some major setbacks at the gym as well as my cardiovascular performance. I’m going to work hard on my B1 as well as take HCI before meals.

Are you saying I shouldn’t touch the bile salts at all? Perhaps only if I’m worried but skip it otherwise. Thanks for your videos

Yes, so confusing. So I’m thinking that maybe they don’t want the food to be too acidic so when it passes from the stomach into the small intestine it won’t cause sudden diarrhea and it will slow down the transit time, but at the same token the food will not be broken down properly so this begs a question, what if you were to take ox bile with some enzymes at meal time? Wouldn’t that help to break down the food into smaller pieces and then once in small intestine our bile coming from the liver would finish the emulsification of fats?

One of the biggest mistakes I made and no one was talking about it. I just started changing the timing and have immediate results.

Tonight I found NOW Super Enzymes. It contains Betaine, Ox Bile, Papaya Fruit Powder, Pancreatin (Amylase, Protease, Lipase), Bromelain, Papain, Celllulase, and Pepsin. The label DOES say to "take with meal". How long should I wait after eating until taking it?
