Disable User Account Control (UAC) Windows 8

Disable User Account Control (UAC) in Windows 8 User Account Control (UAC) is annoying at times, it prompt for elevation all the time its always in the way.

When I click "Change User Account Settings" a pop up says that I should type an administrator password yet there are no blanks to fill and the "yes" button is grayed out, leaving me with no choice but to click on "no". How do I fix this?

when i clicked on user accoutn control, it just showed a screen with user account control and told me to put a password

This  didn't work for me....my  Oblivion  folder  STILL asks  for access to move files. Bad

Thank you for the useful video. However, in my case (I recover windows 8 after some erros), I cannot even change the setting as you described. When I click OK after disbaling UAC, it does nothing, so this cannot be saved. If the author can give some advice, that would be great.
Actually the issue is in that I, an the only one adminisdtartor in Windows 8, caanot even open disk C:, moreover, it appeared (after recovering) that there is no owner of C:. And I cannot assign me as owner too. Help.
