Spiral staircases are such a good idea also being able to place stairs on any wall or at a certain degree would be amazing to. Especially using like curved stairs

I’m unreasonably whiny about two things: I want fairies yesterday, and I would really like to have spiral staircases.

You can make a spiral staircase in a 3x3 tower provided the walls are short or medium height. I couldn't quite tell for certain in this video but it doesn't look like you were using tall walls so it should be possible. All the stairs above the ground floor need to be stairs without any walls below (like the "Ladder-Like Stairway" in seasons). To remove the unnecessary floors under the stairs in upper levels, you'd section off a 1x1 landing in the corner of the second floor with fences, remove the floor you don't need, go to the floor below and remove the ceiling, remove the fences, then place the first set of stairs coming off that landing and place the next set to ensure they finish on the same tile. Rinse and repeat for any extra floors you have. When you do this and place railing they all line up perfectly which is very satisfying. This is just a tip though, the 4x4 tower looks great regardless!

Along side spiral stair cases, I would definitely like curved stairs as well, because imagine, you're building this big, fancy mansion, and you want the big double staircase in the foyer that lead to opposite sides of the room like in Beauty and the Beast, but they look like giant blocks instead of one fluid, beautiful, cohesive piece.

Spiral staircases and curved stairs would _definitely_ be very nice. 😮‍💨

The stairs situation in this game is a perpetual headache 😅 However I'm fairly sure you can use U-shape stairs in 3x3 rooms by stacking them exactly on top of the one below (with regular wall height at least). The build looks cool both ways though!

A 3x3 would be the tightest fit for a "spiral" staircase, the catch with each individual stairway is that the landing (and therefore the stairways themselves) has to always be on the same side. Not so much variety, but safes the most space if needed

Spiral staircases would be a great addition to the game! I just remembered how two of my fave house builds in TS3 have spiral stairs, and it was so fun~!!

I think it's better to have 2 windows (or a bigger one) to take more space on broader walls. 3 tile tower looked more detailed because of less negative space (trying to sound 🤓 lol)
Also I would like a hole in the middle of rooms, that goes through whole tower, where you can drop your phone and cry.
Anyways, that's a beautiful build ❤️❤️

It wouldn't be unrealistic to use ladders in the tower too. Though, I agree that the game should have spiral staircases

TBH, we don't really have that many towers in Europe, especially not in residential homes. You can mostly find them in churches, old castles, or similar community buildings.

You can do stairs the first way before you expanded, you just delete the underside of the stairs, then they can be placed on top of each other

Stairs could stack on top of each other by removing the wall that came with the stairs with that (k) tool :))
