Love you're videos very informative. But i know a lot about ph pens and the first thing you should do is buy a quality ph pen . The best pen to get is a blue labs pen. They're very easy to calibrate. They come with a few packs of calibration Solution 2 different kinds 7 and 4 so if you're testing a majority closer to 4 for example use the 4 solution for calibration. One button calibration witch is easy. Clear instructions. Storage solution and stuff to clean it with. I would also suggest buying the cleaning kit and extra calibration solution. I've used many different types of ph pens the past 20 years and those cheap ones dont last and are very inaccurate its worth it to get the blue labs it can save lots of heartaches.👍🏻

I have purchased Konvio Neer pH meter. Without caliberation, Its company fitted reading is 14.0 but after keeping the meter in RO or tap water, it gradually comes down to 7.6 or around after some time. What does it mean? The meter is in yellow colour with three pouches. Can I measure TDS and pH level from the same meter or do I have to buy anotherTDS meter? What are the normal permissible limits of TDS and pH?

I bought the digital ph meter that you show in your video. Followed your instructions to the letter. Meter did what it should do for calibrating. Then when testing with distilled water the reading was a 5 or 6 and dropping not 7. I will do it all over again but I am discouraged with the digital meter. Is there another way to test ph?

Calibrating ph meters sucks. It takes too long for me. Anyway. I've been trying your recipes, and have had pretty good success. I also decided to try using crushed oyster shell. I bought a bag at my feed store, but its mixed with coral calcium. Is that OK to use?

If I make to much mash and can only do one run in a day, can I save the rest for for the next day?

Thank you sir, I swear the directions are complete junk. I was ready to just go buy another one.

This is why I sold my Vevor. I didn't expect to have to be a chemist. Just to make some shine. It a lot easier just to go to the store.
