How to Calibrate and use the pH Meter?
Показать описание
How to conduct calibration of a #pH #meter?
(Mettler-Toledo S220)
Good pH Practice:
1. Always calibrate your sensor before the start of measurement
2. Do no resue buffer solutions
3. Discard opened solution after 6 months
4. Allow sensors to equilibrate with the environment before each measurement
5. Wait for reading stabilized icon to appear before recording the measurement
6. Recharge or replace sensor when
- Calibration slope falls within 85%-89%
- Offset value more than 35mV
- Slow response time during pH measurement and calibration
7. Ony store sensor in 3.0M KCl
8. Do not wipe sensor in harsh motion
9. NEVER store sensor in deionized water
