How to Calibrate your pH Meter in Three Simple Steps

This is a fast way to calibrate your pH meter. It's simple and should be checked if you're not using the meter often.
The pH meter comes with three mixing solution packets needed for testing. Replacement solutions are available at Amazon.

Leave it in each solution for 30 seconds before holding button for 5 seconds so the reading settles. Then LEAVE it in solution after it starts flashing until it stops flashing. Make sure you weigh the 250ml of water to exactly 250 grams because a little more or less strongly affects the ph. Temp should be as close as u can but its not as critical, 5C only changes PH 0.02 apparently.

If you only need accuracy of 0.1 PH u probably dont have to calibrate it at all when new. Keep probe tip wet with distilled water. If it dries out soak in distilled water for hours (for me soaking a few minutes worked fine)

Your supposed to wait until 60 seconds have passed with no change in ph before calibrating .
Your also supposed to wait until the screen stops flashing before removing from the solution.
