coming back to this video after watching all the recent live performances and now i’m mentally filling in those quieter parts with johnny bluehat’s sax solos 😂 this song was stuck in my head for 2 hours straight when i was taking one of my uni exams and i’ve never felt more at peace during a paper hahaha can’t wait for the studio version to be released!!

The beauty in Sam’s songwriting is that it doesn’t depend on rhymes or near-rhymes to hook people. It’s complete story-telling ability. Will it be as commercially successful? Not necessarily, but with songs like ‘Will We Talk?’ luring people in, his wild talent will retain them.
