This is a follow along workout video. Double kettlebell 30 minutes EMOM full body workout. In this workout, we complete 90 front squats, 60 cleans, and 30 OHP. It is the Armor Building Complex workout. Try it out and I promise you'll have a great time. This is a full body workout that builds muscle, burns fat, and improve your stamina at the same time.

If you've only got 30 minutes, try this workout. You can do this every other day, with one day of rest in-between.

Completed the 30 min. With 30 lbs kettle bells will bump it up to 50 lbs, 30 lbs was to easy. Great workout !

That's beats mode bro. I'm currently doing double 20kg for 20 mins emom. Did 25 mins once the other day and thought I was gunna pass out. Respect
