Tried this out for dinner yesterday but swapped spam for pork sausage meat instead. It was absolutely delish and so quick to put together! 😋 Going to be a definite addition to my meal plans.

Also if you freeze your leftover rice it works awesome for fried rice. Freezing it seals the rice shut so it has that slightly chewy pop to the texture instead of your rice getting mushy. My best friends family owns a Chinese restaurant, that’s what they do with the leftover rice there. I always wondered why their rice wasn’t mushy and mine always was. Game changer! ❤

I love crispy fried Spam! I also eat a lot of uninspired eggs and rice so I'm certainly trying this, although I typically don't have the seaweed on hand 🤔

Guys yall can make tandoori creamed spinach with just milk, spinach chillies, and yogurt. If you have butter and onion it's a benefit but not necessarily required. Salt cumin powder
