I so miss Toby, he was a true gentleman and a good man! As a person how has lived in Oklahoma all my 70 years, Toby was always there to give a helping hand. He supported a children’s hospital to help parents and their children. Always a staunch friend of Oklahoma University, Toby played several games with OU. He will always be in the hearts of Oklahoman’s!
