Maybe government should give more WIC and foodstamp for healthy foods to children being deprive of nutrition causes health and mental illness. Too much sugar is causing diabetes and mental illness which are usually in foods under $1.

Broken homes and parents that were not properly diagnose with learning disabilities hurts children development. There should be a class taught to children to help them progress in school and deal with their parents mental illness.

Future pregnancy care will include mental illness counseling to help cope with the care of new baby. This will help the parent(s) be able to independently care for baby instead of exposing newborn baby to disruptive life taught by their parents. Government should allow more parents to get foodstamp being at the cutoff for requirements for foodstamps is very hurtful. Pantry foods are sometimes spoiled and not enough to feed a family for proper development and daily living.
