Ummm... what's the point of "soaking" the sugar cane in beer for 10 minutes? If you are adding wine yeast later, then it just seems like a wasted step. It's not like 10 minutes is enough time to impart flavor or condition the sugar cane. Someone, please enlighten me. I want to know what I'm missing.

Don’t do this people you need an airlock or at least to burp the jar or it will explode gases have to have a way to exit CO2 buildup will be too high and without being able to release it chemical reaction from the yeast, consuming sugar will release CO2 nonstop until fermentationL is finished unless you want this all over your ceiling use an airlock 😂 I don’t know why the narrator would not tell you guys this crazy
