All Levels Flow: Twists + Revolved Triangle

This All-Levels Flow will have something for everyone! We'll get twisty, work on balance and a little bit of core, and we'll have a nice stretchy-stretch for your hips. After Savasana, I invite you to stay for a short breath-exercise to calm your nervous system; great for starting your day or to unwind before bed. Don't forget to breathe, and always remember to listen to your body and let it be your ultimate teacher (just think of me as your guide). Modify and/or skip anything that doesn't work for you, and if you need to take a break, I invite you to hit the pause button and rest till you're ready. Something I love about practicing with these videos is that you are more than welcome to come back anytime! And if you're a beginner, I encourage you to keep coming back and watch your practice grow! You're awesome!
