I googled USP and got 'unique selling proposition'. Is that what you had in mind: that which makes your story or characters unique?
Guess in a way, we are 'selling' our stories: what my creative writing teacher used to call getting readers to "suspend their disbelief".
I found all your advice helpful, as I am a beginner in screenwriting having just started a few months ago.
My only suggestion, or request is this: please speak a bit more slowly. It's hard to keep up with all the information you are putting out so fast.

I have question. I have this screenplay and without getting into too much detail, basically the story is this girls finds this diary, backstory of the writer of the diary, one of them gets possessed by the writer of the diary, stuff happens, the end. Is bad story structure.

Bad example with opposite of show, don't tell.. In Eragon, the dragon speaking in her head adds nothing to the story. Mostly, she just repeats what they said. If she had used only expressions, would have been more interesting to watch, as you interpret what she's thinking instead.
