Forza 5 PC controller/M&k Input Switching FIXED!!!!!

In this video i found a solution to the inputs switching back and forth making forza unplayable with the ps4 controller. If you are using the xbox app on your pc to play this then it should work fine. I'm not too sure about if you have the game from steam. you can still try it and I hope this helps. my problem is that i have a ps5 controller and it worked great but now it suddnly stopped working the game doesn't even recognize the controller i downloaded an older version of ds4windwos and nothing changed

I just began playing this game with the same controller as you, and had the exact same problem, this fix worked perfectly.
It has to be done every time you play though, but at least i can play without any bugs or strange delays on input using ds4.

I tried everything here, it’s not working… just seems to at this point my PC and Forza 5 aren’t a fit. On top of that my graphics were really choppy and I run a 3070 with a 12 core processor.. oh well.

I probably did this incorrectly. It still tries to switch between the mouse and keyboard. But, the only real issue I have is that my left joystick changes the camera angle when I turn, and I don't know why.
