Kerala and Karnataka, two southern states which have quite a few positive cases on their hand, are stepping up to the challenge with measures to prevent the spread of the disease.

A little correction on the Silver lining...Not all South Indian Governments..Andhra Pradesh Which is not so far from both Kerala and Karnataka is yet to declare all those lock down and shut down measures ..

They are toying with People's lives.
