The Prime Minister has announced the government's coronavirus action plan to prepare for the worst-case scenario of a major, widespread outbreak in the UK.

Boris Johnson has warned that up to a fifth of the country's workforce could be off from work at the peak of the outbreak.

They plan to contain the virus, delay the spread, research treatments and mitigate the impact on the vulnerable.
