It also depends on the content of your prayer. These men prayed for souls. They prayed for revival. It was not our kind of selfish prayer of Lord give me this and give me that. They prayed for holiness, a yearning to know God more and more. The content of our prayers matter.

This is awesome, prayers need to prioritise more in local churches. I am from Papua New guinea in the south pacific. Early 70s my people would fast And pray for weeks and months for the move of God. Sometimes they would weep, didn't care about the snots from their nose. They did that for 3 years and oneday while in prayer meeting they saw open heaven and the Holy Spirit descended like a dove. People started shaking and spoke in different languages.. they holy spirit filled the place. As a result people started receiving supernatural healingz without laying hands or praying, massive repentance took place, our local hospital became empty because all the patients were healed. Rivers started flowing on drylands The revival kept going for 20 years and spread to other parts of the country. I was born in the middle of the revival and my dad would take me to prayer mountain twice a week to pray with other believers from 3am - 3pm.
Today in western churches, prayers is less than 5 minutes and we want God to move. How??? WE MUST CHANGE OUR PRAYER LIFE AND MAKE IT BECOME OUR EVERYDAY LIFESTYLE. GOD BLESS
