The thing that has impressed me most about Nkuku is his leadership qualities. Even in the previous two matches I saw him giving advice to Giui. He’d shown he’s got world class quality but also an unselfishness with bringing his teammates into the game. I’m sure he’ll have a positive impact on Madueke not just by being a reliable option to pass to but also as a mentor to improve his attitude.

I know it's never a good idea to make hasty judgements, but Malo Gusto gives me the impression that he's following the same trajectory as César Azpilicueta. Like Azpilicueta, he's either good or very good at playing on the left, the right or in midfield. And like Azpilicueta, he came to Chelsea incognito, winning the hearts of all of us with the humility and calm that characterise him.

7:15 Marc Guiu played limited time for Barca but he scored twice.

Both Palmer and Mudryk had outstanding close control goals last season; Cole off of the assist from Jackson vs Luton and Misha vs Newcastle. Both were absolutely dancing with the ball.

Looking reasonably positive, but will wait till we play some decent opposition before making a more complete comment. The only negative was still the inclusion of Badiashile. At the moment he’s just looks flakey, particularly when in possession. He has improved from the first couple of games, so hopefully if his confidence improves so will his performance.
