Insurance is a scam, you pay for a service that if somthing majior happens they will help you BUT if you make a claim or use it they up your rates or drop you . WISH I COULD RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS, OH THATS RIGHT IF I DO THAT ILL GO TO JAIL

It looks like Health Insurance should be Mandatory for only those people who have Health Issues.Why a Person who do not have any health Issue needs to have a Mandatory Health Insurance ?

its funny how BCBSMI put up this video and they're the one not explaining the patient's benefits and coverage to their OWN members. They are putting all the burden to the providers as if we are getting paid to explain everything plus the hold time before you can even speak to a live rep. You guys are a semi government health insurance but can't hire more poeple.. they would always tell you to go to availity. BUT not all info is in AVAILITY!
