Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup cooking oil I used canola oil
4 large room temperature eggs
1 15oz can pumpkin purée
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 8oz block softened cream cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large room temperature egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Oh I am so sorry Donna. I know it’s hard when you are so close to someone and they move away. My daughter moved after marrying last year and I miss her all of the time. She isn’t too far from me but between the distance and her crazy work schedule as a nurse, it is hard to see her. Praying that you adjust to the changes. Curtis will have wonderful opportunities in the Air Force. Praying he also adjusts to all the changes. God Bless!❤

Hey, Donna. This cake looks so good. I just heard from you that Curtis joined the Air Force. I hope all is going well for him. I usually keep up with you more than i have, but this year has threw me some trials and tribulations, one of them being my mom passing away in June. I haven't watched any of your videos since then until now, and it made me think of her because i used to share your recipes with her because you two had a similar cooking style. She probably didn't make them exactly like you because she always had to throw some of her own flair into everything that she cooked, but i do know it tasted as delicious as your dishes look. Anyway, thanks for being here and cooking all your delicious food. Many blessings to you and your family and Merry Christmas.
