Just to be clear, the 4x4 box can be arranged in different ways depending on where you put the "accept null" or "reject null" part. So you may see it constructed with the various components in different quadrants. That said, if you understand how to interpret the various subparts (i.e., "False Positive", "False Negative", etc.) then you can always just reconstruct it yourself as needed.

What can we conclude from this hypothesis results using both Beta Value and Pearson Correlation?
Below are the values for each variables :
1) there is a positive relationship between salary and employee retention.
Beta Value : -.0379 and Pearson Correlation value : -0.289
2) there is a positive relationship between communication and employee retention. Beta Value: -0.159 and Pearson Correlation: 0.110
3) there is a no positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee retention. Beta Value: -0.115 and Pearson Correlation: -0.136
