Air, water, sleep, (without the first three, we die in a relatively short amount of time), nutrition, movement, stay warm - correct body temp (hypo - cold ocean swim / hyperthermia - products like DMP, ... is real issue), social interaction/ sexual relations are my favorite 7. Then #8 would be emotions/ thoughts. Be interesting to see each person's list. 1, 2, 3 would be the same for all humans, but the rest would be interesting to see what people list.
