My friend whipped up this vegan masterpiece with an Ooni i mini pizza oven and it blew my mind!

The tomato was from Mutti pizza base which was fantastic. The mozzarella from violife was interesting when cold- but REALLY came to life when melted and then the Squeaky bean pepperoni was exactly the same-it could have gone a bit crisper and oilier when cooked but did a fantastic flavour job.

Then you literally cook it for 60 seconds and it’s ready! Now I just need to work out how to buy my own pizza oven 🤣🤣

Looks good! Though you've got to make your own dough!!! Try making dough with a preferment. I make mine using Poolish preferment, Biga method is your other option. You wouldnt believe the difference the dough makes. I first bought an Ooni 3 some years ago, which i got for a great price. I'm using a Gozney Dome now. Great to hear the vegan cheese is good! I used to be vegan. I havent teied vegan cheese in 22 years, i wonder how it compares to the cheeese I used to have?!

That looks really good, except I would have to try & make a gluten free one. Do you have many conversations with your meat eaters friends? I find it difficult at times excepting animal lovers who won't give up meat.
