My Mom passed away this summer. She was in hospitals for 3 months (hospital, palliative care, etc). The stacks of bills were staggering. But she had traditional Medicare and Supplement G. Page after page of bills had zeroes. I would be living in a cardboard box trying to pay those bills if she hadn't had such good insurance.

I been on plan n for 4 years !! No increases the 1st 3 years ! Well this year I got one !! A whole $3.00 ! I had cancer last year with chemo and was very happy about what little I had to pay ! I now have to order ostemy supplies and that is under durable medical equitment and cost about $200 a month and it pays it all . Some people I know on medicare advantage plans I know got to pay 20 percent of that amount. So happy that I got plan N !

Wonderful information in a clear way. No fillers, no stories just facts. Loved it.

Luckily I found your videos when choosing.. I was healthy ( if overweight). Just took Levo and Vit. D. Called your number, got Plan N. Two years later I got cancer. Called MD Anderson. No delay, no Advantage plan pre-approvals. With plan N, I had appt. as soon as I could get there. And the copays over a two year drug trial as well as deductibles were very manageable.

I have encouraged many people to look at your videos and consider SUPPLEMENTAL PLAN N. Thank you ~ thank you

My husband and I are both have plan N and we are very happy with it. Our monthly premiums are both below $90 and no excess charges allowed in our state (we wouldn't be concerned about those anyway) We live in Western Pa. Both pretty healthy. He goes to the doctor maybe once every month and a half and doesn't always have a copay. I avoid doctors at all cost but at least know I'm covered. My brother in law has plan G and he is very very happy with it. Both are good. You have to choose what works best for you.

My wife and I switched from a F supplement to N from a different carrier 5 years ago through your office. We recently received notification of a rate increase however that was after 3-years of no premium increases. We are very happy with our decision.

About to enter 3rd year on Plan N. About a 9% increase for the second year and just received notice of a 16% increase for our upcoming 3rd year. We're in western Washington with a community rated premium structure. A brief check of easily researched insurers suggests our current insurer is still the best choice for Plan N. I'll probably check in with the folks who helped us on our initial selection to see if thrre are less expensive options, but I'm not optimistic about that.

Plan N a no brainer for me. Same company difference between N and G was $23/month or $276 per year. With that amount of premium savings, I could pay almost 14 copays in a year. I typically go to the doctor one time per year, so I'll happily keep the other $250 I save. Heck, even if I go to the doctor 10 times in a year, I'll still save $50. And hopefully my N premiums go up less than the G premiums and my savings will be even greater.

Thank you for this information. It's very helpful. I live in MN where the plans are different but my supplement is $352/year. Considering changing my residency to Florida (I have a house there) and going with a Plan N, since underwriting shouldn't be a problem.

Like the Boss, I went with the Plan G during my initial enrollment period. My insurance company allows me to downgrade to the N, with no under writing.

I love your videos. I have learned so much from them.
I am a Plan G in Los Angeles, CA. Thinking to change to Plan N. I will contact your office.

There is about a $40 - $45 a month price difference here in GA between Plan G and Plan N.

The $20 co-pay has not been an issue for me. Had plan N for 3 years so far. This past year I had 1 primary care yearly check up (no co-pay), a dermatologist & an eye specialist visit. There was a bill for 1st visit of the year due to part B deductible. The second visit I paid co-pay at visit so no bill to deal with.

I am learning towards plan N. I pay the same copays as plan N currently. I would like to see some videos on the cost of a prescription plan since the supplement doesn’t have it.

I have an office full of engineers. As the older ones hit 65, everyone of them choose N. It's a very (overly?) analytic crowd. Their comments were pretty much the same that N was the obvious and only logical choice.
