The ice door could work with armour stands equipped with frost walker boots, being moved around by water sources with light on specific places as not to freeze the path but instead the water below 🤓

Since a fence gate is a little bit higher than a regular block, if you put a block above it that is 2 blocks high you cannot go through it without opening the gate or crouching through it. You can connect a lever to the fence gates and open and close the door. It also works as a invisible door.
