We are having trouble with our door stopping and then going back up, press the button again and it will go down. This may happen several times to get it down. Then other times it may or may not happen. What’s your opinion?

@ Strachanable - I have just noticed that the roller door on our garage seems to have an approximately half foot gap at the top and is not flush.  But other than the roller door is still new and fully manually operated without any problem.  However, what I am concerned about is that due to the large open gap at the top of the roll that it might invite large spiders to enter and infest our garage and contents we have stored in there, or that it might allow birds to enter and set us their nests inside it.  The roller door has a sticker on it that states "FirmaDoor."  Therefore, I was wondering if you could tell me if there is a lever or something that will allow us to close that open gap at the top, as we cannot afford to call out someone to look at it.  Our roller door looks just like the one shown in your video above.  Thanks in advance.  Your urgent reply would be much appreciated.
