Here's a little trick I learned whenever temptation starts to rise. Close your eyes. Picture yourself when you were at your most innocent. You can be 11 or 8 or 3-5. Heck, even as a new born in a crib. Me personally, I always picture myself as a toddler when I do this method. Then, picture Jesus playing and laughing with this tiny, version of you, in a warm sunny afternoon, in your backyard. He then lifts you up to the sky, and smiles at you with all the love and warmth a father has for his child. He then brings you in close, and cradles you in his arms. And as you curl up against his chest. He gently, tells you: "I will never leave you, nor forsake you. No power in the sky above or earth below, will ever separate my love for you, my child." He then brings you back inside the house, carrying you to rest. And it doesn't have to be this scenario, specifically. You two can just be walking, camping, fishing, doing your favorite hobbies. any scenario you want. But it always ends with his message and you being cradled away in his arms. You can picture yourself as an adult, but I always find it most effective when we see ourselves the way God sees us: As little children.
Just stay in his arms for as long as you need. And I always find the urges simply fade away.

Same situation in repentance. Whenever you slip up. When you walk back to him confessing your sins and asking for forgiveness, picture yourself at your smallest and most vulnerable age. A small child, walking back home after running away; Clothes torn, covered head to toe, in dirt and mud. But like the father in the prodigal son. He'll always be happy to welcome you home: He'll clean you, dress you, feed you, and bandage your scars. And assures you once again "I will never leave you, I will never forsake you. No power in the sky above or earth below, will ever separate my love for you, my child."

Hope this helps and God bless.

You are not alone. I am also addicted to the images on the internet in my Christian life. I am currently trying to stop being addicted with god's help. 😌

I gave my life to Christ when i was around 7 or 8 years old. I began a sinful addiction to bad, lustful images when I was 12 years old. I am 37 now, married, and still struggle with this addiction. And I feel like I am stuck in the "binge purge" cycle. So no, no one is alone in this struggle. Your video gave me hope and encouragement that I, too, can overcome this addiction and return to Christ in full faith and conviction. Please pray for me that God may give me the strength to quit once and for all and live for Hum in the fullest.

I'm a young Christian. I don't really commit any sins besides lust, evedy time I sin, my heart feels heavy and I feel sad. I don't want to sin but my body tells me that I should, I want him to help me😔🙏🏾

A youth pastor once told me " We often get so warped in our own minds that we forget how loving and forgiving Jesus is. That often prevents us from coming to Him. But He's always been there, He always will be. Even as we sin, and even as we stray, He still loves us all the same. If we remember anything, let it be the eternal love the Father has for us."

God bless all of you. Remember Jesus's love will persevere above anything this world throws at you. (Romans 8:38-39)

A couple verses come to mind; 1 Corinthians 10:13 and Lamentations 3:22-23.

"No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it."

and...

"The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Thank you for having the courage to be honest about your past. I can already see that I’m not the only one to say I was, and still am addicted to sinful imagery. I tried fighting it on my own for years, only after turning back to God and my faith, as I have not felt like I am a good Christian, a man worthy of God’s love, for a long time, have I started making any progress.

It is people like you that give people like me hope, so once again, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

This is the type of Christian content that needs to be shown more. Cause this actually kept me from leaving and finding another video. Most videos have great messages but not great attention getter’s. And that’s important when trying to make a point or share a message. From the moment I opened this video, I was hooked. So good job keep it up

Church isn't a building guys, it's the people who are also following Christ, and those people aren't always found in a church building.

These videos always help me get on track! The video game is so cute and it makes a lot of sense. Uninstalling social media is one key point I am taking away from this video
