I have a map where in order to get to the pvp area you have to click a button and you get tp'ed there, so the commands at the begging work just fine and I dont have to do anything with cordinates, because the pvp area is outside the radius, but when there is someone in the radius and someone out of it, it gives them both the effects. do you know why and can you help?
