Just a small tip instead of using command blocks to create an npc if you type in chat /summon npc it will summon one that you can add text and commands that it can say and do

The command blocks on the "Shop" one is gonna function even if you don't have diamonds cause you didn't put something to prevent you from getting the sword if you don't have the right amount of diamonds
