She spent $90, 000 for a degree and does not know what she will be making when she graduates. She has $50, 000 in cars. Do people even think before they make these debts.

$24000 and $27000 on cars ? Waouhh!! Since I have followed Dave Ramsey, I have learned to not envy those people driving fancy cars on the road. You do not know their financial situation.

She doesn't need to be staying at home at all. If you're getting a graduate degree, you need to get a job

I appreciate you being so direct. And then coming around with the advice. Tough, yet loving advice.

I totally don't understand why people get a degree especially master but want to stay home. Maybe it's just me but it seems pointless.

I'm so happy that I discovered Dave Ramsey this year. I'm now on my debt free journey. God bless you Sir!

Most of these comments are insensitive and judgmental. Of course she’s going to be a bit defensive. At least she had the courage to call in and seek advice. Yes, of course she needs that tough-love, but she doesn’t need anymore shame than she already has. I truly hope her an her husband are on their way to bettering their situation and have learned from their mistakes. We’ve all made mistakes, some at a higher price than others. I’m sure she has read these comments and instead of shaming her, we should encourage and support her journey. It’s so easy to see someone’s misfortune and mistakes and quickly brag about how we’re so much better in those areas they’ve messed up in, but I’m sure there are other areas in our lives, that have nothing to do with money, that are in total chaos. I wish her and her family the best!

It's easy for us to listen to other people's poor decisions and think how radical and insane their decisions may seem but fail to look at the unhealthy behaviors we demonstrate daily. This video put a lot in to perspective for me personally. Changes are definitely on the way

No sympathy for this woman. THREE KIDS and a graduate degree and NO JOB. She trapped her husband.
