My Health Insurance Nightmare While Fighting Cancer

While I was getting diagnosed with cancer, I went to the hospital, had diagnostic surgery, and then got a nearly hundred thousand dollar bill from the hospital because of my health insurance company's denial of the claim. As I was going through chemo, I also was going through the appeals process and getting nightmare stacks of mail and past due letters. People who are going through the worst time in their lives then need to fight their health insurance company to avoid medical debt and bankruptcy.
