It's a shame that Anchor cut short a former diplomat to get a concluding remarks from a GENERALIST :/

Smita Sharma presented a very recent Afgan situation in the light of Different countries. Harsh Pant is a great knowledgeable researcher in Indian foreign policy and Mr. Katju is the person who knows the actual situation and problems associated with carrying out the policy. Good points.

If Vishal dahiya keeps his questions brief, he could conduct the Big Picture in a much better way.

The current policy of China intends to create more strategic economic and political space to play more assertive role, so she is trying to give Afghanistan space so that it can get support to strengthen its BRI in general and CPEC particular.

It’s a fact that air corridor can’t be successful because it’s based on high costs and air corridors can’t be like land corridor and by this Afghanistan can gain much and other hand China Pakistan and Russia and central Asian countries all are in this CPEC project and now Afghanistan start realizing that they can gain much more benefits by joining CPEC rather than join only one country India and as of now they have been offered by China and Pakistan to come in the CPEC and get more profit which I believe not a bad deal and I’m quite sure that now Afghanistan will leave the Indian’s hand and will finally join the CPEC .... Afghanistan will see his own benefits why they will not join this project 🤔 of course they will join

Vishal pls enhance ur maturity while speaking some eminent diplomant person pls allow him to speak, For manging time u hv to compensate in bw disscussion goes on ...Tht was not best strategy to conduct disscusion by cutting arrogantly with out mentioning time being factor...Its so rude!!-..Big picture mainly watching upsc aspirants they want to diplomants, eminents and research persons to speak up and deliver their notions not from genralist or political persons...
