How to fix cubase elicenser software when it deactivated. When windows 10 updates, it can cause problems with Steinberg cubase and cause the program to stop working. Here is the fix.

Did not work for me, everything goes blank when I run in administrator mode.
I have lost Amped Elektra and a few other free Steinberg Halion instruments because of this error.
even though they are installed and shown as registered, sigh.

I uninstalled Cubase due to an error now I reinstalled it but when I try to reactivate it says "This eLicenser is deprecated."
