Any idea if I apply Citi reward supplement card for my spouse, does the supplement card get additional 1k capped for 4 miles per dollar or both card combine to cap at 1k for 4 miles per dollar?

I do have a question regarding my own CC situation - what card would you advise to use for somebody that's spending anywhere between SGD 5-10k per month due to business travel, etc.?
FYI, I am currently using the UOB PRVI AMEX card, which has served me well over the years, but am sure there might be a better one out there.
Would love to know your opinion!
