The world is opening up to specialty coffee culture more and more Roasters , Producers , Cafe owners coming on the game set.
This is just the beginning of the massive coffee culture that India is embracing!

Speciality cafe - That sound of the espresso machines and grinders being at work all day, the aromatics whilst you walk in to the cafe for sure as well as the hospitality from the friendly barista 💯

Specialty cafe is a place where all the focus is on serving with authenticity what is being advertised for example.. Authentic Indian cafe.. Can't serve kaboos in bread section.. Or baklava as desert.
Where as specialty coffee as said is the highest grade and single origin and to get the term specialty coffee it has to be rated by Q grader and should be among 80 to 100 points as per SCAA
