a good way to know if she's playing hard to get vs. just isn't interested is her facial expressions and reaction. Does she smile a lot when you talk, does she laugh/seem like she's having a good time but at the same time say no playfully or make up some lame excuse? if she smiles and says no but from time to time accepts your advances then she's just playing hard to get and wants to make sure you work for it. She'll eventually drop the act and reveal her true feelings. If however, she ALWAYS says no, doesn't look interested, can't remember anything you talked about and doesn't seem engaging, then she just doesn't care
