As you know, the nose is the center of a face. It can make or break a look. That is why noses tend to be one of the most common insecurities that women have in society all around the world. Celebrity women are no different in this aspect, except they have the money and access to the best surgeons. This means that they often will go and get a rhinoplasty done. There is no shame in wanting something changed. It is their body and they can do whatever makes them feel beautiful. My goal with this video and other videos on my channel is to remove the stigma of plastic surgery and lift the veil of secrecy that surrounds the topic.

A little about nose jobs or Rhinoplasties is that they are actually fairly affordable compared to what people guess, however it can still be expensive. The average cost of a rhinoplasty is $5,000 - $7,000. “Often people will want more than one surgery to change different parts of the nose and of course this will add to the cost overall. You really just need to not focus on the cost, but focus on the surgeon. I urge you to do your research. Find someone who specializes in noses, and make sure to read reviews and see the previous work they have done. If you need to travel and stay in a hotel for a few days for your surgery to get the best surgeon, then I completely urge you to do it. It is worth every penny. There are 4 main types of Rhinoplasties, though there are many more. Celebrities will often get one or a combination of these. 
Open Rhinoplasty: This is for when there is a major reshaping of the nose, the skin is cut and opened up so that the surgeon can change the internal anatomy of the nose, thus changing the shape drastically. 
Closed Rhinoplasty: This is used for minor reshaping. Cuts are made inside the nose, and then bone and cartilage is revealed and reshaped to the new look. 
Secondary Rhinoplasty: This is for small corrections or revisions to a previous nose job that did not entirely please the patient. These are done as opened or closed, depending on what needs to be fixed and can be complicated due to the previous surgery having been done before. Most are fairly simple straightforward fixes. 
Filler Rhinoplasty. This is a non surgical rhinoplasty that instead of cutting open and changing the nose anatomy, is just dermal filler to change the shape. A needle is used to inject small amounts of filler in different locations and for people with smaller noses or uneven noses, this is a temporary solution to get the look they want. While it can be great for your looks, it is not permanent, so that needs to be kept in mind if you consider one, since the cost can add up to do maintenance every so often.

Irene's agency, SM, is renowned for making their artists get plastic surgery. Rumor has it that they have a special surgeon on retainer. I believe the surgeon is nicknamed "Dr. Kim" but nobody knows their real identity. Lorry should look into more SM artists, because "Dr. Kim's" work is impeccable. I can only think of a couple of idols who were subjected to too much work.

Everyone says she's natural (which I'm inclined to believe too), but if she did have surgery she has the best surgeon in the world because everything seems so natural. You're a beast for pushing through despite all these delusional fans. 

Ik from experience how insane some of them are, especially when they feel like their 'reality' is challenged. Idols have to be perfect, as impossible as that sounds. Esepcially visuals, and 'perfect' beauty is extremely rare. So what most companies do is they'd find the perfect 'palate', so someone who already looks cute, or has a good base to start with, and build up on it with minor changes here and there so that you'd chalk it up to 'puberty'. But I'm not sure if these fans skipped out on science class or don't have a basic understanding of genetics, but puberty does not, and I repeat *does not* change the way your nose looks, or magically enhance your double eyelids, let alone give you double eyelids when you start out with a monolid.

I’m not sure why reveluvs deny the fact that Irene has had a bit of work done, for me it’s most noticeable that she has eyelid surgery.

Lots of other kpop idols have gotten surgery but their fans are in denial. I actually feel sorry for them because many are pressured into getting surgery during their trainee days.

She already had a naturally beautiful face to begin with but got tweaks to perfect her entire look.

Many of us would like to have more insight on what these idols have gotten done because the idols are definitely prohibited from talking about it themselves.

I think you would find it unfortunate that these idols are pressured by their companies to abandon their unique features in order to attain a very certain look, to the point where many of these idols start looking alike.
