In my opinion, it should really be after puberty, cause after puberty the way we look at ourselves, our physical appearance (eg. puffy cheeks during puberty), and beauty standards might all just change dramatically.

I think the best age is 21 because thats when your face stops developing. The nose keeps growing until this age. Since age 17 my nose AND FACE has changed so much (despite my weight staying the same), so i recommend waiting till youre in your 20s. :)

I got a septoplasty for my deviated septum and I’m 16 years old, I regret doing this surgery I’m on day 5 and I’m still bleeding A LOT and my nose is sore and I can’t even smile or laugh or eat properly because when I do it will hurt and my nose will bleed. I’m getting my Splints off today. So hopefully the bleeding will stop and I hope I feel much better after that. Idc about the soreness all I want is the blood to stop.
