My throat hurts but my voice never gets hoarse. I think the issue is that I have ticks that irritate my throat and it gets worse when I sing but it usually doesn't affect my voice it just hurts and makes it hard to sing

Sometimes i get a sore throat just from talking… also every time after singing, no matter how relaxed i try to be. :/

What is it called? Lip drills I think?? Those are also really good for the same thing.

You have to do them as quietly as you can and build up the volume over time. Which could be days, but it’s very worth the wait
