Strengthen your lower body and get your heart rate up with this leg workout from Sweat trainer Kayla Itsines. Complete as many laps of the shown exercises as possible during each 7-minute circuit, ensuring you maintain proper form. Perform each circuit back to back with 1 minute of rest in between each one. Do each circuit once for 14 minutes of work, or repeat for 28 minutes of work.

Question: can you make no music version of the videos so that viewers can play their own music in the background if they want? I like hearing what the instructors are saying, but the generic music doesn't help push me through the workout.

I noticed YouTube now allows a paid membership feature by letting subscribers to "join". You guys should definitely use this feature. I tried using Popsugar Active to support you guys but the site was too buggy!
