Actually there are two different types of milk you can buy here in Germany: One is refrigerated milk 🥛
It’s fresh milk that you need to cool at home when you buy it.
The other one is stable milk. It’s basically sterilized milk wich has been cooked to death so you can store it up for weeks even without cooling…

The reasons why you won’t find refrigerated eggs in a supermarket in the EU is cause eggs in europe are prepared differently than in the States so there wont be any problem.
Most people I guess put the eggs into the fridge as soon as they get home - even if you don’t need to do this.

Should never use bottle water in the first place. Tap water is good enough to drink!

Eggs have a natural layer of protection around them which makes them last way longer before they go bad. So you don't have to cool them. But they loose it if you wash them. The European solution: Don't wash them until you are about to use them for cooking. American eggs get washed before they enter the store. That's why they need to be cooled.

I'm living in the UK as an Austrian....I miss the bread so much, most people here eat toast or sourdough 😂
