Make Tiramisu without eggs! #Tiramisu #recipe #dessert

With just a few simple ingredients and no eggs, this tiramisu is so easy you'll want to make it often—and trust me, it's always a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Approximately 30 ladyfingers
- 1 cup black coffee, cooled

Instructions:

1. Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix the sugar and mascarpone cheese until smooth and well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
4. Pour the cooled black coffee into a shallow dish.
5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, ensuring both sides are soaked but not soggy.
6. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of your serving dish.
7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, smoothing it out evenly.
8. Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone mixture.
9. Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the second layer of ladyfingers.
10. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavours to meld together.
11. Just before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
