On Monday President Trump said that he is taking hydroxychloroquine to avoid contracting COVID-19, despite a lack of evidence that it provides protection against the coronavirus. The nation’s top doctors warn the drug could have potentially fatal side effects. NBC’s Kristen Welker reports for TODAY from the White House.
