Mardi Gras. Seriously, people down here in southeast Louisiana spend a TON OF MONEY decorating for Mardi Gras (I might be one of those people). They start buying decor and wearables (even mugs, cups, and coolers) as soon as December, because 12th Night comes pretty quick after Christmas with the first streetcar parade in the French Quarter. Then it lasts until that floating Mardi Gras date. And it's not just metro New Orleans, it is quite a bit of the gulf coast from here to Mobile and into Louisiana river parishes. Just some FYI for you to chew on. Really enjoyed the video!

When starting out in your first year, say in January. Should you put up a few items that are Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, etc.. so customers can see you'll have holidays, or just not put it up to see till a couple months before?
